What's in my bag?

Ok, I'm in a funny weird mood right now... and so yes Maureen, I just read your blog about the fun post on lao shi's blog. *makes a mental note to read lao shi's blog soon*

So here goes! No pictures... unlike URBAN.

1. Program for investment talk. Ok ok this sounds boring but it isn't! Coz it's by my company, and we're never boring! It's got a handwritten note from Cherie, our energy-giver, telling me what I need to do. Neat!

2. A book entitled "The Lord's Prayer" by Roland Chia, from a Wesleyan perspective. Haven't read it yet... and dear gave it to me erm before he became my dear. So that was quite a long time ago. Guess it's time to get down to reading it and seeing if it's something faithful to the Bible and worth reading.

3. My fat wallet. Just changed this a few months ago after using my ratty Esprit wallet for over 4-5 years... got that one as a birthday present in JC. Now this one, I think I got it as a Christmas present. It's nicely long and handy because that means I can stuff things inside. But the bad thing is that I can stuff things inside. It's so fat now!

4. Diary/organizer. Boring blue free organizer. Lost my colourful bright one... sob

5. Lip palette and lip balm. Ok... the office is super dry. Air-con... I have to balm my lips at least twice a day in the office! As for the lip palette... it's just in case I got to go meet a client and forgot about it and need to touch up. Ahahahahahahahahahahaha

6. Tissue. The powerfully light packet that can garner you a seat during lunch. 'Nuff said.

7. Hand moisturizer. Office is dry. Air-con.

8. Charger. Dumped it in yesterday to charge my phone and haven't taken it out yet.

9. Snickers bar. Courtesy of Ernest, our most unhealthy eater in the company! He has a big chocolate box stash that he said I can help myself to. *grin* Best thing is that he sits just behind me, so all I have to do for chocolates is to turn around!

10. My breakfast from yesterday morning. Ok, one two three everyone go "EWWWWWW". It's pork floss bun, nice! But I was late to work and was jio-ed to have an early lunch, so my pork floss bun was promptly forgotten. When I returned, my work was so 'vomit-inducing' that no food could enter my mouth until I was done, which was when a client gave us two huge logs of apple strudel! Mmmmmmm....... Oh, and even my bosses understand and empathize with my 'vomit-inducing' work... they agree it induces vomit.

So that's what's in my relatively safe-looking and uninspiring bag. Check in another time with another bag to see what's new!

Information

Unhappiness in relationships, according to Dr. Gary Chapman, is often due to the fact that we speak different love languages. Sometimes we don't understand our partner's requirements, or even our own. We all have a "love tank" that needs to be filled in order for us to express love to others, but there are different means by which our tank can be filled, and there are different ways that we can express love to others.
